About Heritage

A Family-Owned Community, in Every Sense

At Heritage, family is more than a phrase. The community is locally owned and operated, and the family behind it has trusted Heritage with its own loved ones.

Heritage Assisted Living community and family connection

Since 2000

The Heritage Story

Curtis Aduddell has owned Heritage since 2000. His father, known as “Pops,” helped around the community for years and later became a resident, and other family members have lived here too. Curtis built the kind of place he would trust with his own family, and Heritage has had years to live up to that promise.

The People Residents Know

Familiar Faces Matter

10+ Years

25+ Years

Many Heritage team members have been here 10+ years, with several serving residents for 15, 20, and even 25+ years. For many, Heritage has been a career, not a stop along the way.

That means residents see familiar people, families know who is caring for them, and longtime staff learn the routines, preferences, and small details that help someone feel known.

Daily Support, Done Personally

How We Care

We believe support should make life easier without taking it over. Residents choose what to eat, which activities to join, how to make their apartment feel like home, and can speak up through the resident committee. Care is personalized too, with an assistance plan and an open door to administration.
