“I moved my mother into assisted living at Heritage about three months ago. It was a difficult decision to make, but we were welcomed into the facility with open arms from the entire staff. We worked with the nursing staff to get the proper medications ordered and scheduled routine blood checks and pacemaker checks. I felt she was in good hands and would be properly taken care of medically. Housekeeping has kept her room very clean and laundry done. She needs help bathing and transporting to and from meals and the staff has been very good about providing the assistance she needs. The cook staff prepares a variety of foods and well-rounded meals. They also offer several options if the main dish for the day is not to one’s liking. Although she has chosen not to attend any activities, there are many opportunities available. All in all, we are happy that we chose Heritage for the proper care of my mother. Thank you to all the staff for helping to make it a smooth transition.”
