Do you want to maintain your independent lifestyle, but need additional assistance to do so? We can help! We accept private pay, long-term care insurance, VA and Medicaid. A VA pension known as Aid and Attendance may be available for veterans and widowed spouses of veterans who served during war time. In addition to the basic services, which start at $3,299 per month for private pay, Heritage Assisted Living of Oklahoma offers personalized assistance plans. Our director of nursing will interview the resident and/or family to determine the appropriate assistance for the resident. Your move-in fee is $1,000 and is due when your apartment is reserved. We’re pet-friendly, too, for residents who pay a pet deposit and have the ability to care for a pet.
Our monthly rates include meals, housekeeping, laundry, medication administered, nursing staff, cable television, telephone services and more. Levels of care will change to meet a resident's everyday needs. Call us now to learn more!

Assisted Living Levels of Care
Monthly fees at Heritage Assisted Living are comprised of a minimum base rate with additional service levels and selected special service available at an additional cost. The base rate includes a wide range of services designed to accommodate the general day-to-day needs of Assisted Living Residents. Each Incremental service level includes added services for additional fees.
Basic Rate Services
Use of Assisted Living common spaces, library, lounges and coke café.
Three chef prepared meals daily, including a variety of menu items, with snacks available.
Weekly housekeeping services
Weekly clothing, linen and towel laundering
Trained caregivers on duty, 24 hours daily
Scheduled transportation (within a defined area)
